Pear Mint Lemonade

In the blazing summer day all you need is to cool down a little bit..Try out this healthy Pear mint lemonade, that makes you so refreshed and helps you fight the summeršŸšŸ‹


Prep time : 5 mins | cook time : 3-5 mins | Total time : 10 mins (approx)


INGREDIENTS

Pear : 2 (medium sized)

Mint leaves : hand full (fresh ones)

Lemons : half (yellow)

Sugar / honey : how sweet you prefer

Water : 1 cup (cold)


METHOD

Peel the skin from pear and cut it into small pieces and remove the seeds. Cut the lemon into small pieces as well.Rinse and chop mint leaves and keep it aside. In a juice mixer, add the pear,lemon and mint leaves along with 1/3 of water and grind it well . Add rest of the water ,grind it and some sugar or honey .Mix till it dissolves .Take two glasses and strain this mixture into them. Add some ice cubes or you can refrigerate it and use it later.


Have this drink when it is chill so that it helps you to cool down. It's a perfect summer drink that kids will love..Enjoy your drink.
